15th September 2009   Project By-Laws and Tariff Concessions Reviewed “The Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research (DIISR) announced on 14 September 2009 consultations related to tightened guidelines for the Enhanced Project By-law Scheme and Tariff Concession System. Consultation sessions will occur between 16 - 25 September 2009, in Melbourne, Hobart, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney.
